My first presentation

Dear all,

I am very happy to show you below a video of one presentation I did in one event called the TEA ( The English Adventure). And Zsolt the organizer of the event was very kind to let me do a presentation on Coaching and Motivational Topics.

I know that I am not a perfect speaker and there is much place for improvement and I am aware of it, as for the technical part, but the main important thing for me is more the message I want to spread.

If you want to make any comment, I will welcome them, as it will help me to improve.
And if you want to share your opinion about the topic I be even more happy to open a discussion about it.

What, How and When..... ????

We all know that if we look around us and the life in general, we all want to live a life where we feel complete and fulfilled. But in general we observe a big difference between what we want and what we have. Some of us will keep finding some excuses to explain why we still want more or why some people can never be happy.

For my side I know that I just commit to three things!
I want to be free, and happy and living with the person I love! And I guess that I am not the only one to want this. So of course there is always a way to explain “the what” of “the how” and “the when”, but at the end I just realize that those questions do no bring me any results. So first of all the real strong commitment I made to myself is that I assume I have one life and I do want the most of it! So there is no way to me to just try and to maybe have what I want.

So I am determined to study about all the people who are successful in there achievement in life. And do all what it takes to study what I need to learn for create my own success. And most of the time the people would go for studies a specific knowledge. But by studying I could observe 2 things. First you can have any knowledge you want, if you do not have the state of mind you will not be able to overcome your challenges, and in second place learning is just an ongoing process!

So back to learning, I made myself a selection of several people I try to learn from:

Anthony Robbins, Jack Canfield, Jeffrey Gitomer, Harv Eker, David Rock, Bill Bartmann, Steven Covey, Napoleon Hill, Rhonda Byrne, Hale Dwoskin.

And when I say learning from them is not just reading books and seminars but really study the all essence of their success. I know that for lot of people, this might sound "hocky", but I prefer in a way to be open minded enough and study something and sound "hocky" but being happy, rather than just look "so smart" but unhappy.

The very funny thing I experience with the people around me is the fear that people have to try to even think about the possibility to reach the level of happiness. And of course it might be based on previous disappointment of life, no matter if it was financial, emotional or anything else. But what I ask is: "Things are hard and challenging, but when you are truly happy do you focus on the hard part of the path you went through?"

So of course here comes the big question: "What is happiness to you?"
What I mean not the generalisation of the word happiness, but more what is your happiness?!
How would you design your happy life? Are you able to describe it?!
I heard that the more you are able to picture what you want, the more you will give yourself the chances to achieve it!

Positioning!!!

Most of the biggest challenge for any entrepreneurs is to position themselves.

When you are having the possibility to develop an activity as entrepreneur, most of the time the challenge is to get a clear message of what you do.

You want to sell your services?!

We are in a period of challenging situation for two main factors:

The first one would be the inevitable multiplicity of choice! The more we have choices the more we feel lost, and the same for customers.

The second one is the speed how things grow.

New solutions come up fast! New companies are created every day! So in the middle of all this, how do you position yourself? How to be able to have a clear idea of what to do next, and how to market it! And in this moment like now, we always intend to look at the challenge the other way around.

I always hear:

“First I need money, then after I will build with it a structure and then, and then…”

Of course money is the fuel of the growing business activities. But we know as well that no one gives money for free!

So if we look the other way around this situation. What am I good at? What can I do for make to make it useful?

What I hear saying as well is:

“It already exist, or it has been done before”

Then why not study why they were successful and learn from them.

If we think that work in general is to solve problems, then we know that with the way things change rapidly there will be always some problems that will need to be solved.

So what will you do next? How will you get a clear picture of what you can do?!

The keys to develop your project

In General the keys to develop from several point:

The very first key: Clarify your project, and know why you do it?!

Do something you like!

Do something you will have passion to talk about!

or don't do it...

We all know that we are the best at what we really enjoy!

Find a way, how to do what you like and in the same time make it useful to others!!!

Not doing something because you like it and think that others will like it too!

Is it really about bringing an added value to others?!

Use your creativity to find something that only you can do it "this way" !!!

Some people likes to help, to serves.

Some others like to mix services with a knowledge they have or a gift.

The key is to clarify!

How to do it?

A very simple exercise:

Take a little note book,

and write down 5 activities that you are really good at, and that could be of your speciality.

Make the writing in a way that you have one sentence per idea.
